Return and Refund Policy

NORTH BAY LIFESTYLE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY BELOW

• We accept returns on unused items with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. We DO NOT accept returns on local artists work such as Jewelry, Hand Poured Candles, Paintings, Resin Art or Painted Shells. 
• Process for return : For in store purchased, please bring your receipt and unused purchase within 30 days for a refund. For online returns, please mail back items within 30 days of purchasing to North Bay Lifestyle 194 Ramsey Branch Rd B106, Freeport, FL 32439. Once received, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment. 
• All refunds within 30 days are issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not present, we will offer a store gift card in the amount of the refund.
